This Privacy Policy explains how Chelsea and Justin Wade ("we," "us," or "our"), who operate startatoterentalbusiness.com (the "Site") and sell the "Start a Tote Rental Business" digital playbook, handle information when you visit the Site or buy from us.

• Information you give us. When you email us, join a waitlist, or buy the playbook, we may receive your name and email address.
• Purchase information. Purchases are processed by our checkout provider, Beacons, and its payment processor, Stripe. They collect and process your payment details directly. We do not see or store your full payment card number.
• Automatically collected information. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may collect standard server log data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the Site secure and running. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this Site.

How we use your information

• To deliver the playbook, templates, and bonuses you purchase
• To respond to your questions and provide support
• To send updates you have asked for, such as a course waitlist
• To operate, maintain, and secure the Site

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business - such as Beacons and Stripe (checkout and payments), Netlify (hosting), and our email provider - and when required by law.

If you join a waitlist or buy from us, we may email you about your purchase or with updates you requested. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing justin@cowetatoterentals.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

The Site links to other services, such as Beacons, TikTok, and YouTube. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies.
