Refund Policy

The "Start a Tote Rental Business" playbook is a digital product that is delivered to you instantly at checkout. Because you get immediate access to the full guide, templates, and bonuses, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once you have access to your purchase.

But we stand behind it

We never want you stuck with something you can't use. If any of the following happens, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right:

• You can't access or download your purchase
• You received the wrong item or a broken file
• You were charged incorrectly or more than once

Depending on the situation, we will re-send your files, fix your access, or sort out the charge.

Before you dispute a charge

If something went wrong, please reach out to us first - we are a small family business and we will work with you. We can almost always resolve an issue faster than a payment dispute can.
